DOUGLAS WEISS, Ph.D. is a nationally known author, speaker and licensed psychologist. He has appeared on many national talk shows including Oprah, Dr. Phil, Good Morning America and 20/20. Dr. Weiss had a television movie made about his treatment of sex addicts on Lifetime called Sex, Lies and Obsession and hosted Winning@Marriage, an international television show. Dr. Weiss authored 20 books on marriage, men's issues, sexual addiction recovery and other self help books. Dr. Weiss travels the country training professionals in the treatment of marriage, sexual addiction and sexual abuse. He personally understands sexual addiction and has been successfully sober for more than 21 years. This personal experience of recovering from sexual addiction means he has been where you are and personally knows the process to recover and has experienced a much more fulfilling life free from acting out sexual behaviors. Dr. Weiss is currently the executive director of Heart to Heart Counseling Center for almost 20 years.
