"When my husband and I came for the Transformed Hearts weekend, we were so broken - shattered to be exact. There was nothing left. Nothing remained. Now, God has swept up the shattered glass of our marriage and promised us a brighter future if we seek Him."

We don't want you to take our word for it, so read a few testimonials and see if you and your parnter might benefit from attending the Transformed Hearts Annual Couple's Conference.

3rd Annual Couple's Conference | 2013

"Thanks for continuing this conference again, it just keeps getting better every year.  For me, the weekend was about flipping the lens on so many ideas and attitudes.  It started with The Dream Giver reading that suggested rather than view fear of risking a big dream as stopping us, to see it as causing us to have no choice but to trust God in a big way and keep our eyes on Him, giving us back our dreams.  Cory, Kerry, and Jim all had messages about turning bitterness, resentment and accusation into forgiveness, responsibility and acceptance.  The connection was made between an unhealed heart and our fear-based choices.  (The Victim Cycle into the Victor Cycle.)  I haven't stopped thinking about Marlene's message to have our pity party but invite Jesus and allow Him to turn it into a Pearl Party.  Doug's message was powerful showing us being objects vs. being intimate. The Perkins and the Father's Blessing is always a highlight and starts healing so many wounds.  The most profound change I saw were the faces of a couple.  When first meeting them, his face was downcast in shame and her's tear-stained, heavy with pain.  By Sunday, his face was turned up in worship with his arms lifted, accepting grace.  Her face again tear-stained but bright with forgiveness and hope.  True Transformation!" (2013)

2nd Annual Couple's Conference | 2012

"Thank you so much again for a beautiful weekend at the Hideaway!  God is using both of you to draw the hurting to the One who heals to bring truth to lives, to restore dignity and save marriages.  He is using your humilty and brokenness, which is beautiful.  Kerry, you ae creating a safe home in heart and location for Cory to be a man after God's heart and the healing your book, "Ashes to Beauty" has brought to myself and so many others, as well as encouragement.  Cory, your passion to learn and grow, even in uncomfortable terrain, to make yourself better so you can help the hurting heal and come to wholeness, pure love and humility, a friend walking beside a friend.  The verses that come to mind are I Timothy 1:5 "But the goal of our instruction i slove from a pure heart and a good conscience and a sincere faith." 2 Cor. 3:2,3 "You are our letter, written in our hearts, known and read by all men, being manifested that you are a letter of Christ, written not with ink but with the Spirit of the Living God, not tablets of stone but on tablets of human hearts."  All these people at the conference were touched by you, and marriages saved. They are your letters.  They are witness of a great God using you gloriously."  (2012)

1st Annual Couple's Conference | 2011

"Such a powerful weekend in a beautiful setting.  So many practical strategies and ideas about what roles accusation and blame ply in hindering our recovery and keeping us from a pure heart were enlightening and beneficial.  At so many conferences you hear experts present ideas they've heard for years.  It was refreshing to hear Cory present research and thoughts about mind/body/heart/soul connections he was still exploring.  We can't imagine a better way to encourage us to become life long learners than to get comfortable with being uncomfortable.  Sean and Tiffin Perkin's testimonies and Father's Blessing exercise is worth the weekend alone.  We would definitely attend again.  The most powerful weekend since our intensive."

"The practical help from Marlene about how to engage your brain and use God's truth to transform your mind are so helpful.  Please keep doing the spiritual warfare talk and the Father's Blessing.  It was profound to receive God's truth so personally."

"The "Blessings of a Father" and wedding vow renewals were great!  Hearing Dr. Weiss, Jim Worden and The Schortzman's personal journeys helped a lot.  Keep giving us Bibiclical principles!" (2013)

"I came to the weekend after last years expecting healing and growth.  I was amazed at how much I learned and healed in the first hour.  Cory hit the nail on the head when he talked about everyone around me being in their wrongness and me being in my rightness!  I was using the healing tools in my relationship but not using them with others." (2013)

"We came last year, 2012, and this year with the work we put in was much lighter and less tense for us as a couple.  We could reach for nuggets with the speakers instead of everything being new and needed." (2013)

"The uninterrupted time with my spouse was precious.  We were able to identify areas that needed work, be aware of potential future conflicts and look forward to the big things that God has in store for us.  For the first time in a long time, I can hear, "You are amazing!" and "I love you" from Him, from my spouse, and truly believe it." (2013)

"This conference has provided me strength and courage to take my recovery to a new level. I am looking forward to being better and stronger.  I want to live again!" (2013)

"We had a terrific time this weekend.  The ministry, music and breakouts were excellent.  The facility was warm and inviting, very intimate.  But most of all, our marriage was blessed and helped us tremendously on the road of restoration, wholeness and joy." (2013)

"Oh, so wonderful!  Life changing for me and such perfect timing for where we are at.  I have been married to myself for far too long, and I have not truly believed the amazing creature God has made me to be.  I absolutely see my wife for the beautiful, sweet gift that God has given me, and I will treat her that way moving forward. I so needed to understand that I need to let go of my addiction to being offended.  Thank you so much!" (2013)

"I came asking God to help me open my hand.  I didn't know how He did - He gave me a path of healing and hope for my recovery and for my marriage.  Thank you!" (2013)

"We want to thank you for making this event such a memorable experience for us.  You both have a such a servant's heart.  I know there must have been many people in prayer.  The Holy Spirit was  present and powerfully moving the entire time.  I can honestly say I wouldn't be where I am today if it weren't for Cory.  He gave me hope and a challenging word when I needed it.  You have helped to breathe life back into our marriage.  Thank you!" (2012)

"Thank you for serving us and enabling us to attend.  It truly was a catalyst for a new attitude and focus on my recovery.  We have remained connected since the weekend, and I Plan to each day stay true to the things God has put on my heart.  He definiately showed up and met me in a powerful way." (2012)

"Very comprehensive, thoughtful and sensitive program.  This weekend was powerful for me.  Reminded me that I took up the pain of my marriage and defined myself by it.  I lost myself in the roles of fixe, accuser and thereby clothed myself in shame.  A familiar pattern from the pain I experienced as a child.  The teaching reminded me to be the strong, beautiful created woman I was meant to be.  Thank you."

"I prayed yesterday to be released from my oath that I would never permit myself to love as I had my mother.  This has hurt my marriage, and I want to love like I once had so that I can be all that God wants me to be."

"Learned a lot about myself and being honest and my part in this mess.  Felt very supported and encouraged by others and loved being that for others."

"I enjoyed going on the nature walk with my wife and making her laugh."

"The conference was amazing!  I can't say one negative thing about it.  I loved everything I learned.  Looking forward to next year!!  There were so many life changing moments.  I opened my heart more to worship.  I have been opening my hear to God but not to worship until this weekend.  This conference was way more than a "couple's conference."  This was a heart healing weekend an individual heart healing as much as a couple's heart healing.  This was beneficial to anyone, not just those struggling, hurting and/or healing from sex/anorexia addiction.  The lessons can be applied to any part of my life."

"I have been in recovery for about 2 years.  I learned so much this weekend that will deepen my journey.  I respect Cory for learning different techniques and using many resources to help others on their journey."

"I think for the first time I have started to give my wife my heart.  The messages I received are, "Just do it" whether I feel like it or not.  The truth will set me free.  God has a "new" ministry of helping men on the horizon."

"Thank you for helping to heal my marriage.  I am a better man because of the conference, and I'm looking forward to next year."

"Hoping to get a few nuggets, and the gold mine was available to gather many..."

"While we did not experience total miraculous healing, we experienced glimpses of light, and I'm am hoping we can build from there."

"Great subjects and teachings, great notebook, creative intimacy walk, great location... I remember the beauty of who I am in God."

"It was wonderful.  Thank you so much for all the work you put into this.  The amount/number of couples is perfect."

"I'm learning how to change beliefs, thoughts and emotions in regard to the trauma in my life and in my husband's.  I'm also learning how to apply the concept in our lives."

"Seeing the struggle, the battle is not a lonely one.  Seeing how my story impacted so many - seeing how the body of Christ comes together to heal itself.  It was excellent."

"I enjoyed the variety of topics and speakers. It was very informative without being overwhelming.  I appreciated the friendships that I was able to form and the hearts of the other people that attended.”

“I appreciated the structure with flexibility.  The structured free time was difficult, yet the most rewarding as we were directed to work exercises together.  Receiving the blessing has already been life changing.  Thank you Cory for being obedient to His call.  I feel like I have become a son and am able to be a father to my children.  I am free to love the Lord my God as my Daddy.  That I am now accepted as a man, my heart has been softened and I feel peace, true peace in my heart for the first time.  I have hope in all areas of my life.”

“It was good to connect with other women in my situation.  It was emotionally challenging to be around this much new pain again and was a good reminder of the journey I have been on and how fresh my own wounds still are.”

"The Father’s Blessing was the highlight of the conference.”
