ABOUT THE FOUNDATION

The Hayden Faith Foundation is a non-profit 501c3 established to provide encouragement and financial support to families with children who have been born with congenital heart defects or medical conditions that require long-term hospitalization.



ABOUT HAYDEN FAITH

The foundation is named after Hayden Faith, who underwent five surgeries during the first year of her life to repair multiple heart defects and other complications.

 

ABOUT OUR PURPOSE

The Hayden Faith Foundation would like to come alongside these families who are impacted by similar medical conditions.
